We make sure our clients are aware of city permitting and/or HOA permitting processes to run a smooth construction project. There are many factors that play important roles in order to be able to do renovations. Our first and most important step is meeting with potential clients. We value our clients’ needs and design vision, we make sure we listen to their design requirements and also give them information in which the city or county will require. During the middle stages, we provide floor plans, structural plans, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans, and title 24 as required per project. We also use a construction management software that allows our team and our clients to keep track of construction schedules/timelines, construction documents, progress pictures, daily logs, message boards, and much more. Communication features are available on desktop or phone app versions to have easy access at all times to your project(s). Our designers take our clients to showrooms to
choose all interior finishes and products related to the project and give their clients professional feedback and recommendations. ACM Builders will take care of all the city permit processing, which can be overwhelming and time consuming for most clients. Our Project managers and Project Leads on the field will take care of setting up city inspections during Demo or Construction schedule and they also make sure their crew is working safely, professionally, and on schedule.
